How I can help you achieve your goals:
I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years and have a wealth of experience ranging from weight management, nutrition and food coaching, strength, athletic and power training as well as postural management. When training with me, you'll track your progress while having fun and leave a smile on your face.
I have experience in training athletes to accountants, age 14 to 74 years old and have catered for a number of clients with diverse needs.
It's never too late to start, you don't have to have had any prior experience to succeed and more importantly, one to one coaching is for everyone; you could say it's personal!
As your trainer, I will design your workouts or programs specifically for you, based on your goals; and wherever possible around the activities and exercises that float your boat!

We don't always have to be focussed on looking better; gaining strength, getting faster, jumping higher or simply spending some time each week enjoying your training or trying something new will drive your progress.
I want to break the stigma that all personal training involves a lot of sweat and shouting as not everyone needs that as it's not personal to them.
Having played sports and ran at competitive levels as well as coordinated training for new coaches, I have been at both ends of the stick; this has helped me develop the skills that I now utilise everyday.
